Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RockstarMarkets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, paying subscribers, and API consumers.

2. Not investment advice

All content on the Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. RockstarMarkets is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on the Service constitutes personalized investment advice.

Any decision you make based on information from the Service is your own. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments involve risk including possible loss of principal.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape the Service at unreasonable rates; resell content without a valid license; reverse-engineer Rocky responses for redistribution; use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for abuse.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial content, design, code, branding and Rocky outputs are owned by RockstarMarkets or its licensors. You may share article URLs and short quotations with attribution.

Embedding our widgets requires retention of attribution and adherence to our embedding terms.

7. Third-party data

Market data shown on the Service is provided by third parties and may be delayed by up to 15 minutes unless explicitly noted as real-time. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockstarMarkets and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
